Returns & Refunds
Unfortunately due to the nature of our business we are unable to offer refunds or returns on most of our items. You may be able to cancel your order and seek a refund but this is only possible if we have not yet commenced your order. The reason for this being that our items are personalised and are unable to be resold.
Non-personalised items are eligible for refunds but you will need to cover the cost of postage yourself. Once we have received the item(s) we will be able to issue your refund.
If you use/care for your items in a way that causes damage we are unable to refund/replace. Upon an issue arising please contact us with pictures of the item purchased so we can discuss the next steps to resolve. We do provide care instructions with all of our drinkware so please ensure you follow these.
